Just keep shouting!
The E-town boys of Shout Out Out Out Out (yes it’s mouthful but it’s actually kind of fun to say) played the Warehouse last night to a decent side crowd with opening act the Thee Thems and DJ Noah York City (recently returned from New York City). Getting started right at midnight, our neighbors to the north began with tracks from their new album, Reintegration Time, out on Mar. 3 (check out Kim Jev’s review here).
It was a non stop dance party with an incredible light show. No one had more energy than the band themselves, dancing when they weren’t playing and again when they were. The set went on for an hour, all new tracks, some with a bit of an intro from the lead singer. After finishing their set from the new album they were quick to perform a couple of songs after the last album. It was definitely worth your cash to celebrate their CD release.
