Folk Fest: Packed lineup rocks well past sunset

In what was possibly the most star-studded mainstage lineup of the year at Calgary Folk Fest, 15-year hip-hop veterans Arrested Development, with their upbeat and positive lyrics, nearly stole the show. That is, at least, until the eerie performance of headliners The Decemberists came on and played until nearly midnight.
