Haultain and First Street Festival www.victoriapark.org September 12, 2010
Victoria Park is bucking the crummy rep it has been saddled with and as one of the last festivals of the summer, the Haultain and First Street fest should bring in some faces unfamiliar to the community. Haultain Park will host Ultimate Frisbee and free Yoga while First Street S.W. will have vendors and a stage with some great music including locals Key to the City, and Bil Hetherington and the Asian Tigers as well as Calgary Folk Music Festival favourite Samantha Savage Smith.
Bonus! Market Collective vendors will be in attendance with gorgeous handmade art, jewelry, clothing and edibles. More info at MarketCollective.ca.
