Lucky fans caught a secret Dragonette show at The Gateway Tuesday night, if they happened to be at the bar, heard about it through the pipeline or took a minute to stare at optical illusion posters spread throughout Sait, which revealed concert details.

The place wasn’t packed, but those in attendance knew the music and the band played a stellar show, giving it there all in what ended up a more personal performance. The event was hosted by TD Bank as part of their back to school tour – students can visit their website and vote to get Metric and other bands to play at Mount Royal.
