Strapped for cash and hungry? Why not head down to Illinois for a little skunk stew. After you “accidently” hit that buck in broad daylight you might as well pick it up and fill your freezer with some meat for those lean winters. Yes, that’s right folks, it’s now legal in Illinois to scrape roadkill off the side of the road and take it home for dinner tomorrow night.
