Badminton
Individuals are scheduled for eight matches in regular season plus any playoffs the participant qualifies for. All games are self-officiated. Participants will play one match per week within an hour timeslot. All skill levels are welcome.
Ball Hockey
Teams are scheduled for eight games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated and played five-on-five. This league is not gender specific; teams may have male and female players on the floor with no gender-specific requirements.
Participants are required to wear a CSA approved helmet with full face shield and are strongly encouraged to bring their own. A limited number of helmets with full face shields are available to participants at the game site. Sticks are provided for participants.
Two leagues: Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Basketball
All teams are scheduled for eight games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated. Games are played five-on-five.
Men’s: Two leagues: Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Mixed: Two leagues: Tier 1 and Tier 2. Two spots on the court must be reserved for players of the opposite gender at all times.
Dodgeball
Teams are scheduled for seven games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated. Games are played six-on-six.
Flag Football
Flag Football is played outdoors when the weather is nice or indoors on rainy/snowy days. Teams are scheduled for seven games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated. Games are played five-on-five. All skill levels are welcome. One spot on the court must be reserved for players of the opposite gender at all times.
Futsal
Futsal is a fast and exciting version of indoor soccer played with a low bounce ball. All teams are scheduled for eight games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated. Games are played five-on-five. Two spots on the court must be reserved for players of the opposite gender at all times.
Two leagues: Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Ice Hockey
All teams are scheduled for eight games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated. Games are played six-on-six. Ice hockey is a non-contact league. This league is not gender specific; teams may have male and female players on the ice with no gender specific requirements. All participants MUST provide their own CSA approved ice hockey equipment, including CSA approved helmet with a full face shield. Teams will be divided into tiers following week three games. Individuals and teams must be available to play on either day.
Prerequisite(s): All members of a team must be Recreation members (students, staff and anyone who has purchased a membership).

Squash
All leagues are single. Individuals are scheduled for eight matches in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are self-officiated. Participants will play one match per week within a 45 minute timeslot. All skill levels are welcome.
Volleyball
All teams are scheduled for eight games in regular season plus any playoffs the team qualifies for. All games are officiated. Games are played six-on-six. Two spots on the court must be reserved for players of the opposite gender at all times
Three leagues: Tier 1, Tier 2 (A & B).
